UK DELIVERY
Shipping costs for all our deliveries are calculated based on weight and sent via Royal Mail. Blighty’s offers four postage tiers, which will be displayed at checkout:
- Light Weight – £3.00 (cards, pottery, craft kits)
- Medium Weight – £6.00 (glass bowls, candles, diffusers, homewares)
- Heavy Weight – £8.00 (den kits, bath/body, rugs, throws)
- Special Delivery – £10.99
Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class services, depending on current postal rates. We aim to send items via 1st Class where possible; however, if the postage paid does not cover the full cost, your order will be sent via 2nd Class.
Blighty’s aims to dispatch orders promptly, with parcels typically sent out each morning. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be dispatched on Monday morning.
Delivery is usually within 1–3 working days, although this may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas.
If you have not received your parcel within 14 days of your dispatch email, please get in touch and we will investigate this for you.
RETURNS
- If you have an issue with your order please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving goods, quoting your order number.
- We will always do our very best to resolve any issues.
- Please note that as all of our products are handmade especially our Jo downs glass, they can occasionally vary slightly from one another which makes each item truly unique.
- Due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any of our pierced earrings & beauty products which have been used or opened.
- If you happen to change your mind about a product it may be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 14 days.
- Unfortunately postage is non-refundable.
